During the last months Tern Systems has been intensively working with Isavia ANS and Isavia Innanlands (Isavia Domestic) towards the operational deployment of the Aries Weather and Aries Lighting system at the Westman Islands airport. Aries Weather has been in operation in Iceland for some time. The upgrade now expands Aries with new ground lighting control capabilities.
The system successfully passed Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) on October 19th.

Aries Weather and Aries Lighting are part of the Aries integrated tower system which has been operationally proven in Iceland and in Greenland. Designed for the future, it is ready to be updated with new functionalities and technologies. Aries Tower is a next-generation solution for ANSPs, Airports, Heliports and other stakeholders.
Tern Systems will demo Aries at Inter Airport 2021, Booth 526, Munich between 9-12 November.
